Round‑trip transfers are by seaplane (~25 minutes) operated by TMA during daylight hours. Provide flight details ≥3 days before arrival; baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person (excess charged by operator).
Taxes/fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) 17% applies where the time of supply is on/after 1 Jul 2025.
Festive: Compulsory gala dinners apply on 24 Dec and 31 Dec (charges apply; infants 0–2 years typically free).
Early check‑in/late check‑out available subject to availability and may incur fees.

Special check-in instructions
Guests must transfer by seaplane. Share arrival and departure flight details at least 3 days before arrival so seats can be scheduled.
Seaplanes operate daylight hours only. To catch the last same‑day transfer, check in at the TMA seaplane counter by 16:00; otherwise an overnight stay in Malé is required.
Resort hosts provide meet‑and‑greet at Velana International Airport and escort you to the lounge and jetty. A government‑issued photo ID and a valid payment card are required at check‑in. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required; the resort will contact you with instructions after booking.

Fees
Taxes & charges: Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under two years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers: Resort‑arranged seaplane transfers between Malé (MLE) and the resort are chargeable; indicative rates include USD 568 per adult round‑trip and USD 368 per child (2–11) round‑trip, with an additional fee of USD 420 per guest for ages 12–17, collected at the property.
Festive supplements: Christmas Eve dinner USD 277 adult / USD 139 child (2–11) and New Year’s Eve gala USD 400 adult / USD 200 child (2–11) are charged on the relevant dates.
Optional extras
Navasana Spa treatments, beauty services and private wellness sessions are available at additional cost.
PADI diving, snorkelling excursions, motorised water sports and big‑game or sunset fishing are priced à la carte and subject to prevailing taxes and service charge.
Private and destination dining, premium beverages and selected à la carte experiences may carry supplements depending on the plan booked.
You need to know
Transfers operate by seaplane during daylight hours only; to guarantee service please share flight details at least 72 hours before arrival and ensure your international flight arrives 06:00–15:30 to connect, otherwise an overnight in Malé may be required.
Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00.
Baggage allowance on seaplane is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person; excess is payable directly to the seaplane operator.
A government‑issued photo ID and a matching credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check‑in; cashless transactions are available and the property accepts credit cards.
No pets or service animals are allowed.
