Special check-in instructions
Resort access is by seaplane only (about 30 minutes) operated by Trans Maldivian Airways during daylight hours. Share all guest names and international flight details at least 8 days before arrival so seats can be secured. Guests arriving after 16:00 or departing before 09:00 typically need to overnight in Malé/Hulhumalé.
At check‑in, present a government photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the booking. Advise your expected arrival time in advance so the resort can coordinate transfers.

Optional extras

Guests must transfer via seaplane to the property and should contact the resort at least 72 hours before arrival to arrange transfers; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
Daily seaplane service is typically operated by Trans Maldivian Airways between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM; guests arriving or departing outside these hours are advised to overnight in Malé or Hulhumalé.
Baggage in excess of 20 kg per person may incur a fee payable to the seaplane company during check‑in, and the seaplane fee is payable at check‑out.
After‑hours check‑in is not available.
Government‑issued photo identification and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidental charges.
