Special check-in instructions
Access is by seaplane (about 25 minutes) followed by a short boat ride; an alternative is domestic flight to Maamigili (~30 minutes) + 20‑minute speedboat. Transfers are arranged by the resort according to your flight itinerary—please share all guest names and flight details in advance so seats can be scheduled.
Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; the resort can arrange same‑day transfers for international arrivals before 15:30 and departures after 09:30 (subject to weather and operations). Standard baggage guideline is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person; excess may incur airline charges.
Please present a photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in, and advise your expected arrival time in advance.
