Typical seaplane time is ~40 minutes with operations during daylight hours (generally 06:00–18:00). A domestic flight + speedboat is available for evening arrivals/departures. Standard baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person; excess may incur carrier fees. Indicative round‑trip transfer pricing (seasonal; inclusive of taxes/service) is USD 495 per adult and USD 297 per child (2–11); infants under 2 usually travel free on lap. Schedules are weather‑dependent and may result in waiting times.
Taxes & fees in the Maldives include Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 are exempt from 1 Jan 2025), and Tourism GST (TGST) 17% where the time of supply is on or after 1 Jul 2025. Festive periods may carry compulsory gala dinner supplements.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by villa type, dates and offer. Please review the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Some promotional or advance‑purchase rates may be non‑refundable and require full prepayment; no‑show and early‑departure charges may apply.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests 12+ years are charged as adults for bedding/boarding.
Crib (0–1 yr) on request: Free (subject to availability). Extra bed (0–1 yr): Free; 2–11 yrs: Free; 12+ yrs: USD 185 per person, per night. The number of cribs/extra beds depends on villa type and is subject to availability; charges are payable at the property.
Card accepted

Special check-in instructions
Please arrange transfers directly with the resort and share your flight details at least 72 hours before arrival to secure seats. Access is by seaplane (daylight hours ~06:00–18:00) or by domestic flight + speedboat for late‑evening connections. Plan to arrive in Malé early enough to connect; the last seaplanes typically depart the resort between 14:00–15:00, and outbound international flights should be scheduled after 09:00 the next morning if needed. At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee your booking.

Fees
Taxes and service charges. A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for supplies where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night.
Green Tax exemption. Children under two years are exempt from Green Tax from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. Resort‑arranged return seaplane transfer is chargeable at approximately USD 495 per adult and USD 297 per child (2–11.99 years) and is payable to the resort.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness. Treatments at the island spa are available for an additional charge and are billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Activities & dining. Diving, water sports, curated excursions and private dining experiences are offered on an à la carte basis and charged as used.

Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Seaplane operations. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours 06:00–16:00 with a latest check‑in of 15:30; standard baggage allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person and excess is charged by the operator.
Transfer arrangements. It is mandatory to arrange transfers through the resort; a domestic flight option is available for evening arrivals and departures, subject to schedules and weather.
We should mention
No‑drone policy. Operation of drones is prohibited on or above the resort except when conducted by the resort for approved commercial purposes.
Private charters. Private seaplane charters can be arranged on request; all transfers remain subject to weather and operator availability.
