Standard check‑in is 14:00; check‑out is 12:00. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (~45 minutes) in daylight hours or a domestic flight (≈25–35 minutes) + speedboat (≈5–10 minutes) for late arrivals/early departures. Provide flight details at least 72 hours in advance to secure seats. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and are subject to change.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes/fees including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025) and Tourism GST (TGST) 17% effective 1 July 2025, plus service charge.
Seasonal festive supplements (e.g., Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve gala dinners) may apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate plan and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline shown on your confirmation; advance purchase or promotional offers may be non‑refundable. For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children: all ages welcome.
Cot (0–3 years): free on request, subject to availability.
Extra bed (12+ years): approximately USD 261 per person, per night — on request and subject to villa type and availability.
Meals: up to 2 children under 12 dine free when sharing the adult’s meal plan (selected venues/menus; beverages excluded). An additional child surcharge (e.g., USD 61 per night) may apply depending on dates and meal plan.
The number of cots/extra beds permitted depends on villa category and is subject to availability.

Accepts major credit/debit cards and cash. The property may pre‑authorize your card before arrival and may request the same card and a photo ID at check‑in. Special check-in instructions
Guests reach the islands by seaplane (about 45 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE), operating during daylight hours. As an alternative for late‑evening/early‑morning flights, the resort can arrange a domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport (≈25–35 minutes) + speedboat (≈5–10 minutes).
Please send flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so transfers can be confirmed; the resort’s team will coordinate schedules and meet you at the airport for assistance.
Guests must present a government‑issued photo ID and may be asked to show the same payment card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts, with children under 2 years old at check‑in exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST (TGST): 16% applies until 30 June 2025 and 17% applies from 1 July 2025; resort rates, transfers and festive supplements are usually subject to TGST.
Airport transfers (mandatory, payable at the property): Seaplane round‑trip USD 780 per adult and USD 390 per child (2–11), or domestic flight + speedboat round‑trip USD 520 per adult in Combined Comfort Class or USD 728 per adult in Combined Sapphire Class, with 50% off for children up to 11.
Festive supplements (mandatory if staying on the night): Christmas Eve gala dinner USD 579 per adult and USD 289.5 per child (2–11), and New Year’s Eve gala dinner USD 965 per adult and USD 482.5 per child (2–11).
Optional extras
Drift Spa offers massages, facials, wellness programs and salon services for an additional charge.
Subsix underwater dining and private destination dining experiences are available at extra cost.
Surfing, diving and water sports are offered with lessons, excursions and equipment rental for a fee, and the Explorers Kids Club provides supervised activities with paid services available.
You need to know
Transfers: Travel is by a 45‑minute seaplane from Malé or a 35‑minute domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport followed by a 10‑minute speedboat to the resort.
Seaplanes operate in daylight hours only; arrivals after 15:15 are typically transferred the next day and international departures should be scheduled after 09:15 for same‑day connections.
Flight details should be provided to the resort at least 5 days prior to arrival so seats can be confirmed.
Baggage: Standard allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per passenger, with excess charged at approximately USD 5.60/kg and subject to GST.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00.
