Transfers are mandatory through the resort and operated by shared speedboat (approx. 45 minutes). Current published round‑trip transfer prices (subject to change): USD 250 per adult (15+ years); up to 2 children 2–14 travel complimentary; a third child is charged USD 125. Transfer operations run 24/7; maximum airport waiting time is typically up to 2 hours.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 Jul 2025. Prices advertised by partners typically include prevailing taxes/service charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by rate plan, room type and travel dates. Please refer to the terms shown during booking and on your confirmation. Some promotional and advance‑purchase offers may be non‑refundable and/or require full prepayment.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests 15+ years are charged as adults.
Up to 2 children 2–14 years typically stay free when using existing beds in the parent/guardian’s room (offers may vary by season and plan).
Cribs/cots are available on request (complimentary, subject to availability). Rollaway/extra beds may be available for an additional nightly fee (indicatively around USD 92.40); availability depends on villa type.

Special check-in instructions
Please arrange your airport transfers directly with the resort in advance. Access is by shared speedboat from Malé (approx. 45 minutes). Speedboat transfers operate 24 hours and the maximum waiting time is typically up to 2 hours after registration at the resort’s airport counters. To guarantee transfers, provide your flight details at least 72 hours before arrival. Night transfers operate subject to weather and the captain’s discretion. Staff will greet guests on arrival.
At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the booking for verification.

Fees
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for supplies where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night.
Green Tax exemption. Children under two years are exempt from Green Tax from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. Return shared speedboat transfer is approximately 45 minutes and is chargeable at USD 250 per adult (15+), with up to two children (2–14 years) complimentary and a third child at USD 125 for the round trip, payable to the resort.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness. Treatments at the island’s Sun Spa and wellness facilities are available for an additional charge, with advance booking recommended.
Activities & dining. Diving courses and guided dives, motorised watersports, curated excursions and private dining experiences are offered on an à la carte basis and billed as used.
You need to know
Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Transfers. It is mandatory to arrange resort transfers. Shared speedboat operates 24 hours with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours at the resort’s airport counters B7 & B8, and the journey takes about 45 minutes.
Identification & payments. Government‑issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals may be required at check‑in, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur charges.
