Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via speedboat (~55 minutes). Provide flight details at least 2 days prior to arrival to secure seats. Scheduled services typically run through the evening with the last boat around 21:00; private speedboat transfers can be arranged at additional cost.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes and fees including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night (with children under 2 exempt from 1 January 2025), plus applicable GST/service charges.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional fees may apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by rate plan, room type, and dates. Flexible rates can be cancelled until the deadline on your confirmation, while advance purchase/promotional rates may be non‑refundable. For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Crib (0–1 years): USD 6 per child, per night (on request; subject to availability).
Extra bed (2–11 years): USD 175 per child, per night (on request; subject to availability).
Extra bed (18+ years): USD 267 per person, per night (on request; subject to availability).
The number of cribs/extra beds allowed depends on villa type; all are subject to availability.
Card accepted
Accepts major credit/debit cards and cash. The property may pre‑authorize your card before arrival and may request the same card and a photo ID at check‑in. Special check-in instructions
Guests reach the island by shared speedboat (about 55 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Upon arrival, proceed to Crown & Champa Resorts’ airport booth B9 for assistance. Boats are scheduled to connect with international flights; typical waiting time at the airport is up to about one hour. The last boat departs around 21:00 (subject to change).
Please send flight details at least 2 days before arrival so the resort can secure seats and coordinate timing. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and may vary by season; private speedboat options are also available.
A government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking may be requested at check‑in.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night applies at resorts; children under 2 years at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST (TGST): 16% applies until 30 June 2025 and 17% applies from 1 July 2025; rates, transfers and supplements are typically subject to TGST and a 10% service charge.
Shared speedboat transfers (mandatory, payable at the property): Round‑trip Adult USD 200 / Child USD 100 for stays 1 May–31 Oct 2025; Adult USD 210 / Child USD 105 for stays 1 Nov 2025–31 Oct 2026.
Festive supplements (mandatory if staying on the night): Christmas Eve 24 December USD 135 per adult and USD 0 per child (2–11); New Year’s Eve 31 December USD 185 per adult and USD 93 per child (2–11).

Spa: Duniye Spa offers over‑water and garden‑spa treatments, wellness rituals, and beauty services at additional cost.
Diving & water sports: Euro‑Divers dive centre provides courses, guided dives and snorkelling; the water‑sports centre offers jet‑ski, flyboard, catamaran sailing and more for a fee.
Private experiences: Romantic options, special dinners, excursions and curated add‑ons can be arranged for an extra charge.
You need to know
Transfers: The resort is reached by speedboat in about 55 minutes from Velana International Airport; contact the property with flight details at least 72 hours before arrival to secure seats.
Schedule: Last scheduled departures are typically ~02:00 from the airport to Meeru and ~19:00 from Meeru to the airport; daily transfer service is limited and waiting times may occur.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Check‑in from 14:00 until 00:00; check‑out by 12:00; government‑issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals.
Payments & policies: Major credit cards are accepted; no pets allowed; some on‑site areas and activities operate at set hours.
