Shared seaplane takes about 40 minutes from Malé; an alternative is a ~30‑minute domestic flight to Maafaru plus a ~15‑minute speedboat (for evening arrivals/departures). Typical baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person; excess or oversize items may incur airline fees.

Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by villa type, dates and offer. Please check the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Promotional or non‑refundable rates may incur a 100% charge if cancelled or in case of no‑show.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details at least 7 days before arrival so transfers can be arranged. Resort access is by seaplane during daylight hours (typically 06:00–16:00). Plan to arrive in Malé by 15:30 for same‑day seaplane and to depart after 09:30 for a same‑day connection, subject to airline schedules and weather.
Guests departing Malé before 09:00 may be transferred the previous afternoon by seaplane or via a night domestic flight plus speedboat. On arrival, a resort representative will assist you to the next available transfer; fixed schedules mean waiting times at the lounge can occur.
Important information
Fees
Taxes & service charges. A 10% service charge and Tourism GST apply to all bills. TGST is 16% for any transaction where the time of supply is before 1 July 2025, and 17% for transactions on or after 1 July 2025.
Green Tax. USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts; children under two years are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. Shared seaplane and domestic flight+speedboat transfers are chargeable; current published guide rates indicate approximately USD 490 per adult and USD 295 per child (round trip) for the seaplane when booked via the resort. Actual prices and inclusions vary by offer and dates.
Festive surcharges. Mandatory gala dinner supplements typically apply on 24 and 31 December; guide amounts seen for recent seasons were around USD 500 per adult and USD 255 per child, subject to change and to the resort’s final notice.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness. Treatments and rituals at Veyo Spa are available for an extra charge.
Activities & experiences. Motorised water sports, scuba diving, private or bespoke excursions, premium private dining, babysitting and selected classes or experiences are charged additionally. Some seasonal events and special programmes may carry separate fees.

Transfers & baggage. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only (approximately 06:00–16:00). Typical baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable. The resort can also arrange an evening domestic flight to Maafaru plus a speedboat connection.
House rules. Pets are not allowed. A valid passport and the payment card used for booking may be requested at check‑in.
Drone policy. The resort enforces a no‑drone policy to protect guest privacy and safety unless specifically authorised by management.
