Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Cancellation
Varies by rate/room type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation up to the deadline shown on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
For no‑show or early departure, the reservation may be charged in full according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; 18+ are charged as adults.
Crib (0–2 years): free on request. Extra bed: USD 100 per child (0–15) per night; USD 250 per person per night for ages 16+. All on request, subject to availability; fees are paid during the stay.
Up to two children under 15 years sharing with parents and using existing bedding receive complimentary accommodation and breakfast; meal‑plan rules and supplements may apply as per stay dates.

Special check-in instructions
Access is by mandatory seaplane transfer (~50 minutes) from Velana International Airport. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; to connect the same day, international flights should arrive before 15:00 and depart after 09:00.
Share your flight details at least 7 days before arrival so seats can be secured and schedules coordinated. Upon arrival, a representative assists with seaplane check‑in and lounge access.
Baggage allowance for seaplane is typically 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable (plus taxes).
Indicative transfer pricing (subject to change; pay at resort): Shared seaplane about USD 640 per adult / USD 405 per child (2–11) per way; Private seaplane about USD 15,000 per way.
Operation of drones or unmanned aerial systems is prohibited due to safety and privacy.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night is payable at the resort; children under 2 years old at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
TGST: A 17% Tourism Goods & Services Tax applies to tourism services where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025.
Seaplane transfer (mandatory): Roundtrip shared seaplane from Malé; the current indicative charge is approximately USD 640 per adult and USD 405 per child (2–11 years) return, subject to change and applicable taxes.
Mandatory gala dinners: 24 Dec (Christmas Eve) – USD 480 per adult / USD 240 per child (6–15 years). 31 Dec (New Year’s Eve) – USD 690 per adult / USD 345 per child (6–15 years). Charges apply to stays falling on these dates.
Other fees: Buffet breakfast may be available from approximately USD 50 per person. Rollaway bed fee is approximately USD 100 per day. All amounts are subject to tax and change without notice.

Sun Spa: Massages and wellness therapies in jungle treatment rooms; advance reservations recommended.
Diving: PADI dive centre (Dive Butler Zen) offering discovery dives, fun dives, and certification courses, plus guided house‑reef snorkelling and boat trips.
Water sports: Complimentary non‑motorised activities (stand‑up paddle board, kayak, windsurf, catamaran for certified sailors). Motorised options include jet ski, seabob, flyboard, water‑ski and wakeboard, banana/fun tubes, and private speedboat hire.
Excursions & dining: Dolphin and turtle cruises, sunset fishing, night snorkelling, local‑island visits, and private dining or picnics arranged on request.
You need to know
Transfers: The resort is accessible only by a ~45‑minute seaplane flight from Malé. Provide arrival and departure flight details at least 7 days before arrival. For same‑day connections, international flights should arrive before ~3:30–4:00 PM and depart after 9:00 AM; seaplanes operate only during daylight and schedules are weather/aviation dependent.
