Transfers are arranged by the resort via speedboat (~45–50 minutes) from Velana International Airport; please provide flight details at least 3 days in advance to schedule seats. Meet‑and‑greet is provided on arrival.
Taxes and fees: Green Tax is USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025.
Early check‑in and late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 12+ are considered adults.
Crib (0–1 years) on request: Free. Extra bed (ages 4–11) on request: USD 200 per child, per night. Extra bed (12+) on request: USD 400 per person, per night. Charges are payable at the property and not included in the room price.
Cots/extra beds are subject to availability; the maximum permitted depends on accommodation type.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details with the resort at least 3 days before arrival to secure seats for the speedboat transfer (~45 minutes) from Velana International Airport. Resort staff provide meet‑and‑greet on arrival and escort you to the jetty.
At check‑in, a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the booking may be requested for verification.

Fees
Taxes & charges: Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night at resorts with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers: Resort‑arranged round‑trip speedboat transfer is chargeable at approximately USD 1,190 per adult and USD 585 per child (ages 4–12) for a journey of about 45 minutes between Malé (MLE) and the resort.
Festive supplements (mandatory on designated dates): Christmas Eve dinner USD 770 adult / USD 385 child, Christmas Day dinner USD 540 adult / USD 270 child, New Year’s Eve gala USD 1,400 adult / USD 700 child, New Year’s Day brunch/dinner USD 540 adult / USD 270 child, plus selected Orthodox and seasonal gala dates as published by the resort.
Deposit: A refundable incidental deposit of around USD 500 per day may be pre‑authorised at check‑in.
Optional extras
One&Only Spa treatments, beauty services and private wellness sessions are available at additional charge.
PADI diving, snorkelling trips, motorised water sports, yacht charters and fishing excursions are offered for a fee, with pricing subject to 10% service charge and TGST.
Private dining, destination dinners and premium beverage selections may carry supplements depending on the plan booked.
You need to know
Transfer arrangements must be made with the resort in advance; please share flight details at least 3 days before arrival for scheduling of the speedboat transfer.
Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00; minimum check‑in age 18; a government‑issued ID and the same credit card used for booking may be required at check‑in.
No pets or service animals are permitted at the resort.

Drone use is not permitted for guest privacy and safety within the resort.
Children in Water Villas are welcome subject to parents/guardians signing a waiver on arrival as per resort policy.
