Special check-in instructions
Resort access is by speedboat (about 25 minutes) arranged by the resort in line with your international flights. Speedboats operate on request, day or night, and a resort representative will greet you on arrival at Velana International Airport (MLE) to assist with transfer formalities.
Please present a government photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in, and advise your expected arrival time and flight details in advance so transfers can be scheduled.

A tax is imposed by the city (Green Tax): USD 12.00 per person, per night; this tax does not apply to children under 2 years of age.
Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 383; per child (8–11 years): USD 191.5.
New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 484; per child (8–11 years): USD 242.
Boat transfer per adult: USD 232 (roundtrip); per child (8–11 years): USD 116 (roundtrip).
Additional fee for children (12–17 years): USD 259 per person, per stay; this covers mandatory transfer fees for guests aged 12–17.
Optional extras
Airport boat transfers are arranged by the property and may be included in some rate plans; when not included, transfers are available for an extra charge and are payable at check‑out.
Early check‑in and late check‑out are available for a fee, subject to availability.
