Return transfers are by complimentary speedboat (~45 minutes) between Velana International Airport and the resort; please provide flight details in advance to schedule your transfer.
Green Tax is USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025.
Festive Gala Dinners may carry a separate supplement during the holiday season.
Early check‑in and late check‑out can be arranged subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 13+ are charged as adults.
Crib (0–1 years) on request: USD 6 per child, per night. Extra bed (2–11 years) on request: USD 100 per child, per night. Extra bed (12+ years) on request: USD 300 per person, per night. These charges are paid at the property and are not included in the room price.

Complimentary return speedboat transfers are arranged by the resort for all guests and take approximately 45 minutes from Velana International Airport.

Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is until 12:00, with early check‑in and late check‑out available for a fee and subject to availability.
Transfer arrangements must be coordinated with the resort in advance, and guests are requested to provide flight details at least 24–48 hours prior to arrival.
Required at check‑in includes a government‑issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for incidentals.
No pets and no service animals are permitted at the resort.
