Standard check‑in is 14:00; check‑out is 12:00. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (~25–30 minutes) operating in daylight hours. Provide flight details ≥ 96 hours prior to arrival to secure seats; if arriving after 15:30 or departing very early, plan for an overnight in Malé. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and subject to change.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes and fees including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night (with children under 2 at check‑in exempt from 1 January 2025) and Tourism GST (TGST) 17% effective 1 July 2025, plus service charge.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate, villa type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
The property may require prepayment (e.g., by bank transfer) before arrival for some bookings; follow the instructions on your confirmation.
Children and extra beds

Special check-in instructions
Guests reach the island by seaplane (about 25–30 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours with typical service windows around 06:00–15:30.
Please send flight details at least 96 hours before arrival so the resort can confirm seats and timing. If your international flight arrives after the seaplane cut‑off or departs before early morning connections, you may need an overnight in Malé.
At check‑in, a government‑issued photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking may be requested for verification.

Rates are subject to TGST 16% until 30 June 2025 and 17% from 1 July 2025.
Mandatory Green Tax USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts, with children under 2 exempt from 1 January 2025.
Mandatory round‑trip seaplane transfer USD 435 per person between Velana International Airport (MLE) and the resort.
Festive Gala Dinners: Christmas Eve (24 Dec) USD 160 adult / USD 80 child (2–11); New Year’s Eve (31 Dec) USD 160 adult / USD 80 child (2–11).
Optional extras
Lotus Spa therapies are available including deep‑tissue, hot stone, sports and Swedish massages, plus beauty treatments.
PADI 5* diving courses and excursions are offered via Nika Diving Center.
Non‑motorized water sports such as kayaking are included; motorized activities and private excursions are available for a fee.

Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only, typically 09:00–15:30; provide flight details at least 96 hours before arrival to secure seats.
Standard seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is charged at USD 5/kg + taxes, and any single bag must not exceed 32 kg.
Seaplane flight time is approximately 25 minutes between MLE and the resort.
No pets or service animals are permitted.
We should mention
Arrivals after 15:30 or departures before 09:30 may require an overnight stay in Malé due to seaplane daylight operating hours.
Resort seaplane transfers are operated in partnership with Manta Air, with scheduled and charter options.
