Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night applies to all guests; children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025.

Tourism GST: Tourism goods and services tax is 16% until 30 June 2025 and 17% from 1 July 2025; resort charges and supplements are subject to TGST and service charges.

Seaplane transfer (round‑trip, resort‑arranged): Adults USD 380 per person; Children 2–11 USD 152 per person; infants travel without a seat or baggage allowance and child rates apply if a seat is required.

Festive supplements: Christmas and New Year’s Eve gala dinners may carry a compulsory supplement payable at the property.

Optional extras

Baggage: Standard seaplane allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person; each bag should not exceed 32 kg; excess is charged at about USD 5 per kg plus taxes.
