Resort transfers are arranged separately and are typically payable at check-out unless included in the booked rate. Children and extra beds
Children & extra beds. Children are generally welcome, subject to the selected villa type and occupancy. Please confirm directly with the resort whether cots, extra beds and child transfer arrangements are available for your booking.

Special check-in instructions
Transfers & arrival. Guests must arrange resort transfers from Velana International Airport (Malé). Official and partner sources describe a shared or private speedboat transfer taking around 30–35 minutes. To guarantee transfers, guests should send full flight details to the property in advance; partner pages mention at least 48 hours before arrival.
Late arrivals. Because transfer schedules are limited, guests arriving after midnight may need to overnight in Malé or Hulhumalé until transfer services resume.

Fees
Taxes & service charges: Resort stays in the Maldives are generally subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST). For tourism-sector services such as accommodation, transfers, dining and most extras, TGST is currently 17% following the nationwide increase effective in 2025. Unless clearly shown as inclusive or net, service charge and TGST are added to the final bill.
Green Tax: For resorts and tourist vessels, the Maldives Green Tax is generally USD 12 per person per night for guests aged 2 years and above. Children under 2 years old are exempt. This charge is usually collected by the resort and applies to each payable night of stay.
Mandatory transfers: Private-island resorts typically require a compulsory transfer from Velana International Airport, usually by speedboat, yacht or a combination arranged by the resort. The applicable transfer charge, if not already included in your booked package, is confirmed in your quotation and booking confirmation.
Optional extras
Optional extras: Additional charges may apply for premium dining, wine and spirits, spa treatments, wellness sessions, private excursions, photography, celebration setups, laundry and other personalised services. Any service not clearly listed as included in your confirmed package is normally charged as an extra by the resort.
Private arrangements: Special transfer upgrades, private dining, tailored experiences and room-category upgrades may be arranged on request and are charged separately, subject to availability.

Traveller Declaration: International travellers to the Maldives are generally required to complete the Maldives Traveller Declaration (IMUGA) within 96 hours before arrival. A valid passport and proof of onward travel are required for entry.
Transfer planning: Flight details should be shared in advance so the resort can coordinate arrival and departure transfers smoothly. If a seaplane or domestic-air component applies, schedules may depend on daylight operating windows, baggage limits and weather conditions.
