Seaplanes operate during daylight hours (about 06:00–16:00); for arrivals the latest eligible international landing is 15:30, and for departures the earliest recommended take‑off is 09:00. Provide flight details ≥ 72 hours prior to arrival. Typical round‑trip charges: Adult USD 565, Child USD 283, Infant (0–1.99) complimentary.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt (effective 1 January 2025). Additional GST/service charges may apply according to your rate inclusions.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children: all ages welcome; guests 12+ years are charged as adults.
Cribs (0–2 years): complimentary on request, subject to availability.

Special check-in instructions
Guests must transfer to the island by seaplane (about 35 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only (typically 06:00–16:00). For arrival, the resort can arrange transfers for international flights landing on or before 15:30; for departure, book flights at or after 09:00.
Please send flight details at least 72 hours before travel so seats can be secured and schedules coordinated. Baggage allowance on the seaplane is generally 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable and may travel on a later flight.
Current round‑trip transfer charges are typically USD 565 per adult (12+), USD 283 per child (2–11), and infants under 2 are complimentary. A resort representative will greet you and assist with check‑in for the seaplane.
At check‑in, you may be asked to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking. Special requests are subject to availability.
