Standard check‑in is 14:00 and check‑out is 12:00. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via speedboat (~25–30 minutes) with 24/7 operations. Provide flight details ≥ 3 days prior to arrival to coordinate seating and timing; complimentary return transfers apply for stays of 3+ nights (policy and promotions may change).
At check‑in, a photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested; selected rates may require pre‑payment.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and travel dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline shown on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children: all ages welcome; guests 18+ are charged as adults.
Extra bed (12–17 years): approximately USD 300 per night, on request; availability depends on room type.

Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort via a speedboat transfer (~25–30 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Transfers operate around the clock and are coordinated by the resort team.
As per the current policy, complimentary return speedboat transfers are provided for stays of 3 nights and above. For shorter stays, the charge is typically USD 310 per adult (round trip), while children under 12 receive complimentary transfers.
To secure your seat on the transfer, please share flight details at least 3 days prior to arrival. A representative will meet you on arrival and assist with check‑in for the boat.
Guests may be asked to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check‑in. Pre‑payment before arrival may be requested for certain rates. For safety and privacy, the use of drones is prohibited.

Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night is payable at the property; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt.
TGST: 17% Tourism Goods & Services Tax applies to eligible supplies dated on or after 1 July 2025; a service charge may also apply to purchases on the island.
Transfers: Shared speedboat airport shuttle is typically USD 310 per adult (round trip) and USD 155 per child (2–11) round trip; amounts are collected by the resort and subject to change and applicable taxes.
Festive dinners: Mandatory supplements commonly apply on 24 December (USD 500 adult / USD 250 child 2–11) and 31 December (USD 900 adult / USD 450 child 2–11).
Optional extras
Spa treatments, diving & snorkelling excursions, water sports, and private dining experiences are available for an additional fee; advance reservations are recommended.
You need to know
Getting here: The resort is in North Malé Atoll and reached by a 25–30 minute speedboat from Velana International Airport; transfers are arranged by the property.
Arrange transfers: Guests must contact the resort with flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to organise the airport boat.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Standard check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00; early check‑in/late check‑out may be available for a fee and subject to availability.
