Kuroshigiri Island

Kuroshigiri is a very small island in Maalhosmadulu Uthuruburi, within the administrative Raa Atoll, Maldives. It has an area of about 0.80 hectares and is located at approximately 5°30′49″N, 72°51′00″E. The island has a compact northern Maldives setting with sandy shoreline, shallow lagoon waters, and nearby reef surroundings. It is approximately 165 km from Velana International Airport by straight-line distance.
