Kothaifaru Island

Kothaifaru is an island in Maalhosmadulu Uthuruburi, within the administrative Raa Atoll, Maldives. It has an area of about 11.70 hectares and is located at approximately 5°31′31″N, 72°50′34″E. The island has a northern Maldives setting with sandy shoreline, lagoon waters, and surrounding reef environment. It is approximately 167 km from Velana International Airport by straight-line distance.
