Reservation
Transfers are arranged by the resort and are mandatory for reaching the island. Shared seaplane takes ~45 minutes; the current roundtrip charge is USD 870 per adult and USD 480 per child (2–11); guests 12–17 may have an additional fee. Provide flight details at least 72 hours in advance. For late arrivals after 3:30 PM, overnight in Malé may be required. Seaplanes operate in daylight hours. Baggage allowance is 30 kg per person including hand luggage; excess is charged by the carrier (approx. USD 5.80/kg). Transfer charges are collected by the resort and are not included in the room rate.
Taxes & fees: A Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts; children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025. TGST is 17% for tourism supplies with time of supply on or after 1 July 2025 (was 16% before). Service charges and seasonal supplements may apply.
Festive supplements: Mandatory dinners may apply on 24 December and 31 December; amounts vary by season and age category. Please check your confirmation.
Payment: The resort may pre-authorize your card, and a secure payment link may be issued prior to arrival. A matching payment card and photo ID may be requested at check-in.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan and dates. Flexible rates usually allow free cancellation until a stated deadline; advance purchase or promotional rates may be non‑refundable. Please review the booking confirmation for the exact policy that applies to your reservation.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. One child up to 4 years may stay free when using existing bedding in the parent or guardian's villa (see villa limits). Free cots/infant beds are available on request, subject to availability. Rollaway/extra beds are available for a surcharge (currently USD 330 per night). Age categories and fees for transfers and meals may apply; guests aged 12–17 may incur an additional transfer fee. Occupancy limits vary by villa type.

Special check-in instructions
Guests must arrange an island transfer in advance. Please contact the resort at least 72 hours before arrival with your flight details so the team can schedule the seaplane. Typical journey is about 45 minutes by shared seaplane from Velana International Airport and operates during daylight hours. For flights arriving after 3:30 PM, an overnight stay in Malé may be required. Standard luggage allowance is 30 kg per person (including hand luggage); excess is chargeable by the carrier. A host will greet you on arrival.

Mandatory charges including government taxes, airport transfers and festive supplements are payable directly at the resort and may be subject to service charge and Goods and Services Tax.
A Tourism Green Tax of USD 12.00 per person, per night is charged for guests aged 2 years and above, while children under 2 years of age are normally exempt from this tax.
Guests travel between Velana International Airport and the resort by shared seaplane transfer, with guidance indicating a roundtrip fee of about USD 870 per adult that is collected at the property.
Children usually pay a reduced seaplane fare and an additional mandatory transfer supplement is described for guests aged roughly 12 to 17 years, which is also payable at the resort.
For stays including 24 December, a compulsory Christmas Eve gala dinner is charged at around USD 508 per adult and about USD 254 per child aged approximately 7 to 11 years.
For stays including 31 December, a compulsory New Year’s Eve gala dinner is charged at around USD 1,462 per adult and about USD 731 per child aged approximately 7 to 11 years.
All amounts for taxes, transfers and gala dinners are indicative only, can vary by travel dates and offers, and may be changed by the resort or authorities without prior notice.
Optional extras
Optional extras such as selected transfers, excursions, activities and bespoke services may incur additional charges that are payable directly at the resort.
Information from travel partners suggests that rollaway or extra beds, where available, may carry a nightly surcharge of roughly USD 330, with different supplements for children and adults depending on age band and season.
Spa treatments, motorised water sports, private or themed dining, in villa bar consumption and butler organised experiences are not usually included in standard room rates or meal plans.
