Cancellation
Cancellations and prepayment depend on the room rate and travel dates (e.g., Flexible vs Non‑refundable). Refer to your booking confirmation for the exact terms. Some offers are fully prepaid and non‑refundable; no‑show/early departure charges may apply.

Seaplane operates 06:00–16:00; the latest same‑day international arrival recommended is 15:30 for seaplane connection. A domestic flight option is available for evening arrivals/departures.
Standard baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person; excess is subject to carrier fees.
Return transfer (17 Jun 2025–31 Oct 2026): USD 495 per adult; USD 297 per child (2–11). Infants under 2 usually travel FOC on lap; carrier policies apply.

Festive supplements apply on 24 and 31 December: USD 500 per adult and USD 250 per child (up to 11.99 years).
Optional extras
Spa treatments at the over‑water spa, diving courses, motorised watersports (e.g., jet ski), private dining and curated excursions are available for an additional charge.
Late check‑out may be offered for a fee, subject to availability, and private seaplane charters can be arranged on request at extra cost.
You need to know
Guests must reach the island by seaplane or domestic flight + speedboat arranged through the resort, with services operating during daylight hours only.
Standard check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00; the latest seaplane check‑in at Malé is typically 15:30, with baggage limits of 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person on the seaplane.
Government‑issued photo ID and a credit card matching the lead guest name may be required at check‑in, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur charges.
Drones are not permitted to protect guest privacy.
