Transfers are arranged by the resort: ~45‑minute speedboat or ~15‑minute seaplane from Malé; seaplanes operate in daylight hours and schedules are subject to change. Provide flight details in advance to secure seats.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 Jul 2025. Prices quoted by partners typically include prevailing taxes/service charges.
Cancellation
Policies vary by room type, dates and offer. Please review the terms shown during booking and on your confirmation.
For reference on direct bookings, the resort’s terms note: within 7 days of arrival – 50% of total stay; within 2 days of arrival – 100% of total stay (subject to change and exceptions by offer).
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Crib (0–1 year) on request: Free; subject to availability.
Extra bed on request: 0–11 years USD 150 per child per night; 12+ years USD 200 per person per night. The number of cots/extra beds depends on room type; charges are payable at the property.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details in advance so the resort can arrange transfers. Access is by shared speedboat from Velana International Airport (about 45 minutes) or by seaplane (about 15 minutes); seaplanes operate during daylight hours only.
Transfer schedules and waiting times depend on airline/boat timetables and weather. At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the reservation.
Important information
Fees
Taxes and service charges. A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for transactions where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025.
Green Tax. A mandatory Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts, with children under two years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. The resort is reached by shared speedboat or shared seaplane and transfer charges are payable to the resort. For stays 4 July 2025–31 October 2025: speedboat USD 190 per adult / USD 95 per child (2–11), seaplane USD 450 per adult / USD 270 per child. For stays 1 November 2025–31 October 2026: speedboat USD 195 per adult / USD 97.50 per child, seaplane USD 470 per adult / USD 282 per child. Transfer fees are not included in room rates and are subject to change.
Optional extras
Spa and wellness. Treatments at the overwater spa are available for an additional charge and are billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Activities and dining. Scuba diving, snorkelling excursions, motorised water sports, private or bespoke excursions, and private dining experiences are offered on request at extra cost.
You need to know
Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is until 12:00.
Arrival details. Please provide your flight or arrival details in advance so transfers can be scheduled; all guests must present a photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.
Policies. Pets are not allowed and the operation of drones by guests is prohibited on the island.
We should mention
Mandatory transfer charges. The island lies in North Malé Atoll and resort‑arranged transfers are required; exact schedules are confirmed close to arrival and remain subject to weather and operator availability.
Festive supplements. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve gala dinners carry mandatory fees of USD 150 per adult and USD 75 per child (2–11), applied to stays that include 24 and 31 December.
