Transfers: Shared seaplane between Malé (MLE) and the resort. Indicative round‑trip fares (Booking fine print): Adult USD 695; Child 2–11 USD 419; Infant 0–2 Free. The resort site also lists a general round‑trip rate of USD 690 per person inclusive of taxes. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; provide flight details at least 5 days prior to arrival to secure seats.

As an alternative, the resort can arrange a 30‑minute domestic flight to Lhaviyani Atoll followed by a ~15‑minute speedboat transfer (on request; subject to schedule and additional charges).

Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night at resorts (children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 July 2025. Prices quoted by partners typically include prevailing taxes.

Cancellation

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by villa type, rate plan and travel dates. Refer to the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Promotional/non‑refundable rates may incur a 100% charge if cancelled or in case of no‑show.

Extra bed: 0–11 years Free on request; 12+ years USD 110 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. The number of cots/extra beds depends on villa type and is subject to availability.

Fees

A Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies at Maldivian resorts, and children under 2 years are exempt.

Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST) is charged on accommodation, meals, transfers, and experiences: 16% for time‑of‑supply up to June 30, 2025, and 17% from July 1, 2025 onward, per national regulations.

A resort service charge of at least 10% is mandatory by law at tourist establishments.

Seaplane transfer is arranged by the resort and is chargeable; the official adult rate is USD 690 per person round‑trip (inclusive of taxes), and a child rate of USD 419 round‑trip applies for ages 2–11.

Festive supplements are mandatory on December 24 and December 31, typically USD 450 per adult and USD 550 per adult respectively, with 50% rates for children 6–11, and subject to change.

Optional extras

Spa & wellness: Six Senses Spa treatments and personalized wellness programs are available for an additional charge.

Ocean activities: Water sports and excursions are chargeable, including a shared Sunset Dolphin Cruise at USD 130++ per person and a private charter from USD 450++ per hour, plus options such as parasailing, e‑foil, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and catamaran sailing.

Private dining & castaway experiences: Destination dining and picnics on nearby sandbanks or islands are available for a fee.

Babysitting: Babysitting services are available on request for an additional charge, and children’s dining concessions apply per resort policy.

You need to know

Check‑in from 2:00 PM and check‑out at 12:00 PM, with early check‑in and late check‑out subject to availability and fees.

Transfers operate by seaplane during daylight hours; baggage allowance is typically 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person, with excess at the airline’s rate, and confirmed seaplane times depend on international flight details provided in advance.

Country regulations: Bringing alcohol and pork products into the Maldives is prohibited, vaping is illegal, and dogs are not permitted to enter the country.

We should mention

Only registered guests are allowed in guestrooms, and reservations are recommended for spa treatments.

No elevators at the property; overwater decks and other outdoor spaces may not be suitable for young children, so please request a suitable villa category if needed.

Drone use in the Maldives requires prior authorization from the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority and resort approval, and seaplane transfers cannot operate after sunset which may require an overnight in Malé for late flights.
