Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person per night (children under 2 exempt). Tourism GST (TGST) 17% applies to eligible goods and services where the time of supply is on/after 1 July 2025.

Fees
Taxes & charges: A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for supplies with a time of supply on or after 1 July 2025, and a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night from 1 January 2025 with children under two exempt.
Airport transfers: Shared speedboat transfer between Velana International Airport and the resort is available (about 15 minutes), fee applies unless included in your offer, and private transfers can be arranged.
Festive supplements: The resort hosts a Christmas Eve gala dinner and New Year’s Eve celebration; supplements apply when not included in your package.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness: Treatments at Shine Spa for Sheraton (set on its own little island connected by an overwater bridge) are available for an additional charge and billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Diving & water sports: The on‑site PADI 5‑Star center offers scuba courses, guided dives and a wide range of motorised and non‑motorised activities on an à la carte basis.
