Whether you’re barefoot in the sand at our fabulous Sundowner bar on the peninsula, stylishly attired in our Teppanyaki restaurant that’s raised on stilts, or on dive over the spectacular Noonu Atoll, you’ll experience the Maldives in a whole new way with ROBINSON! Our all-inclusive “made by ROBINSON” and the easy accessibility of our island from Malé (just 45 minutes) makes it very family friendly. We look forward to seeing you!

Transfers & fees: Mandatory shared transfer is arranged by the resort. Typical round‑trip domestic flight + speedboat charges (payable at the property) published by booking partners: Adult USD 595; Child 6–14 USD 560; Child 2–5 USD 495; Infant 0–2 Free. An optional seaplane may be requested at about USD 215 per person one way (subject to availability). Allowances and prices are subject to change.
Taxes: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night at resorts (guesthouses with ≤50 rooms charge USD 6). Children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025. Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply is on/after 1 July 2025. Prices shown by partners should already include current tax where applicable.
Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by room type/rate and dates. Refer to the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Certain promotional/non‑refundable rates may incur a 100% charge if cancelled or in case of no‑show.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your arrival flight details in advance so transfers can be arranged. Present a government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.
Access is by domestic flight + speedboat (about 80 minutes total) with a mandatory round‑trip transfer payable at the resort; or by seaplane (about 45 minutes, daytime only) as an optional service.
For daytime seaplanes, international arrivals should land in Malé by 15:00 and be at the seaplane counter by 16:00. Some partners note guests arriving after 15:45 may be ineligible for same‑day flights. Submit flight details at least 7–10 days prior to arrival. Schedules are weather‑dependent and may change.
Baggage allowance on local flights is typically 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess may incur a fee and arrive separately.

Fees
Taxes & charges: A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Airport transfers: Access is by domestic flight to Maafaru (NMF) of about 35 minutes followed by a ~20‑minute speedboat, or by seaplane of about 45 minutes; transfers are chargeable unless included in your offer and are payable at the resort.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness: Treatments at the on‑site WellFit Spa are available for an additional charge and billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Diving & watersports: A PADI‑affiliated dive and watersports centre operates on the island offering scuba courses, guided dives, snorkelling excursions and motorised watersports à la carte.
Private dining & curated experiences can be arranged on request and may carry supplements depending on venue and inclusions.

Check‑in/out: Check‑in from 15:00 and check‑out by 12:00.
Transfer planning: There are no fixed flight times for domestic or seaplane services; planning is done daily based on international arrivals and departures and final timings are confirmed on site.
Baggage: Typical allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person; infants (0–1) have no free allowance; excess is approx. USD 7 per kg and may arrive later.
Payment & ID: A photo ID and a valid credit card in the lead guest’s name may be required at check‑in.
Pets: No pets are permitted.
