Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort. Seaplane (~30 minutes) operates daylight hours only (international arrivals before 03:30 and departures after 09:00 recommended). Alternatively, take a domestic flight (~20 minutes) to a nearby airport followed by a speedboat (~15 minutes). Share flight details, full names, nationalities and any children’s ages at least 5 days before arrival so transfers can be scheduled. Airport meet‑and‑greet is provided.
Present a government‑issued photo ID and a credit card at check‑in. The resort may contact you for advance payment to guarantee the booking and transfers. Drones are not permitted for safety and privacy.

Fees
Taxes & charges: Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers: Seaplane is approximately 30–45 minutes at USD 990 net per person round trip, or Domestic flight + speedboat via Villa (VAM) is around 30 minutes by air plus 15 minutes by boat at USD 1,200 net per person round trip; a private speedboat from MLE is about 4.5 hours at USD 4,500 net one‑way.
Festive supplements: Mandatory gala dinners apply on 24 December and 31 December for stays falling on those dates; seasonal inclusions and prices are published by the resort and are subject to service charge and GST.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness treatments, private dining experiences, and curated events are available at additional charge.
Diving, snorkelling excursions, motorised water sports, yacht charters and specialty dining may carry supplements and will be billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.

Transfer arrangements: Share international flight details at least 5 days before arrival to schedule seaplane or domestic transfers; typical seaplane lounge waiting time is about 2 hours and operations are generally during daylight hours with specified arrival and departure windows.
Check‑in/out: Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00.
Baggage: Seaplane and domestic transfers typically allow 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person (age 2+), with no infant allowance and excess at USD 5 per kg.
Pets: No pets or service animals are permitted.
