Cancellation

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Resort age bands: Infant under 2 years; Child 3–11 years; Teen 12–17 years.
Cribs (baby cots) are available on request, subject to availability. Rollaway/extra bed may be provided for children (where villa occupancy allows); additional fees apply (for example, some channels quote around USD 198 per night). Policies and availability can vary by villa type.

Special check-in instructions
Seaplane transfer approximately 25–35 minutes from Malé. Please provide flight details at least 4 days before arrival to secure seats. Seaplanes operate during daylight hours (06:00–16:00). A complimentary seaplane lounge is available on arrival; typical waiting time about 2 hours.
Transfers are arranged by the resort and charged separately (e.g., roundtrip seaplane approximately USD 495 per adult / USD 248 per child; rates may change). Timing of transfers depends on international flight schedules and weather conditions.
Required on arrival: government‑issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals; please note the property does not accept cash for on‑site payments.
