Airport transfers are arranged via seaplane (~25 minutes) or domestic flight + speedboat. Provide flight details ≥ 3 days prior to arrival. Typical shared seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg + 5 kg per person; excess is chargeable by the airline.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt effective 1 January 2025. Additional GST/service charges may apply according to your rate inclusions.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
Children: all ages welcome.
Cribs (0–5 years): complimentary on request, subject to availability.
Extra bed (6–11 years): approximately USD 260 per child, per night, on request and subject to room type and availability. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.

Special check-in instructions
Guests transfer to the island by seaplane (about 25 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE); a domestic flight + speedboat option is also available depending on schedules.
Please share flight details at least 3 days before arrival so seats can be secured and timing coordinated. A representative will meet you and assist with seaplane check‑in and lounge access.
Baggage allowance on shared seaplane is generally 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable by the airline and may travel on a later flight.
Guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check‑in; payment before arrival may be requested for selected rates. For safety and privacy, drones are prohibited.

Green Tax: A tax of USD 12 per person, per night applies at this property, and it does not apply to children under 2 years of age.
Seaplane transfer: As listed by the property on OTAs, the seaplane transfer is chargeable with indicative rates valid until 23 December 2026 of USD 480 per adult and USD 276 per child (2–11), with infants 0–1.99 years complimentary.
Domestic flight transfer: An alternative domestic flight transfer is available with indicative rates valid until 23 December 2026 of USD 310 per adult and USD 155 per child (2–11), with infants 0–1.99 years complimentary.
Festive supplements: Mandatory gala dinner supplements are listed for 24 December 2025 at USD 265 per adult and USD 135 per child (6–11.99), and for 31 December 2025 at USD 345 per adult and USD 175 per child (6–11.99), with children under 6 years complimentary.
Taxes: Tourism GST on tourism services in the Maldives is 17% from 1 July 2025, and rates and supplements are typically subject to the applicable GST and service charges.
Optional extras
Rollaway bed: A rollaway or extra bed may be available for approximately USD 455 per day.
Spa treatments: Over‑water Tamara Spa therapies and rituals are available for an additional charge.
Diving and courses: Prodivers dive trips and PADI courses are offered for a fee.
Private dining: Special experiences such as beach dinners and private floating‑platform dinners are available at additional cost.
You need to know
Transfer arrangements: Guests must travel to the resort by seaplane and are requested to share flight details at least 72 hours before arrival to secure seats.
Seaplane schedule: Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only, with the latest same‑day inbound flight typically aligned to international arrivals before 15:30 and earliest international departures that can be connected from 09:00 onwards.
Baggage: Standard seaplane allowance is approximately 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person, with excess charged per kilogram and individual bags not to exceed 32 kg.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is before 12:00, and government‑issued photo ID and a payment card may be required at check‑in.
Credit cards: The property accepts major credit cards, and cash may not be accepted for settlement of stay charges.
