In addition to the three international buffet restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, Kuramathi has nine à la carte restaurants offering a range of cuisine to suit all palates. For couples, booking a Romance Dinner or a sumptuous Lobster Dinner on a secluded corner on the beach is ideal.
Six bars around the island serve classical and tropical cocktails. Depending on your mood, you can listen to mellow sounds of our resident band or while away the day sipping flavourful concoctions. Be spoilt for choice.

Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort via shared speedboat (~75–90 minutes) or shared seaplane (~20–25 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE).
Seaplanes operate during daylight hours and are usually scheduled between 06:00–15:30; there are no evening/night seaplane transfers.
Combined speedboat services run three times daily at set times; upon arrival you may wait for the next scheduled departure.
Airport hosts are available during transfer operational hours (generally 06:30–17:00). Please share your flight details at least 3 days in advance so seats can be secured and timing coordinated.
Arrivals after 15:30 typically require an overnight in Malé with transfer the following day.

Fees
Taxes & service. All prices are subject to Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST) 17% and a 10% service charge as currently levied in the Maldives.
Green Tax. A USD 12 per person, per night Green Tax applies; children under 2 years are exempt.
Transfers. Round‑trip transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (≈20 minutes) or shared speedboat (≈75–90 minutes), and are charged in addition to the room rate; as guidance on recent shared rates, indicative prices show speedboat ~USD 168 per adult / USD 84 per child (2–11) and seaplane ~USD 381 per adult / USD 258 per child (2–11), with infants complimentary, and subject to change plus prevailing taxes and service.
Festive supplements. Compulsory gala dinner charges typically apply on 24 December and 31 December with recent reference prices around USD 193 / 257 per adult and USD 129 / 174 per child (2–11), exclusive of taxes and service, and subject to change.
Optional extras
Spa. Kuramathi Spa offers massages, body treatments, facials and wellness rituals; advance reservations are recommended, and treatments incur additional charges.
Diving. The island’s dive centre operates daily dive trips and PADI courses around Rasdhoo Atoll; certification, excursions and rentals are chargeable.
Water sports & excursions. Non‑motorised options such as windsurfing, SUP and kayaking are available alongside motorised activities like water‑skiing and fun tubes, plus private cruises and snorkelling trips; participation fees apply and schedules vary.
Private dining. Romantic beach dinners and other curated dining experiences can be arranged on request for an additional cost.

Check‑in / Check‑out. Standard check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out until 12:00; early arrivals are accommodated subject to availability and may incur charges.
Flight details. Return flight information must be provided at least 72 hours prior to arrival to secure transfers; seaplanes operate only during daytime hours and schedules are set by the operator.
Speedboat schedule. Shared speedboats generally operate three times daily between Malé and Kuramathi with an approximate journey time of 75–90 minutes; exact timings are confirmed by the resort.
We should mention
Baggage on seaplanes. The usual allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per passenger, with excess charged per kg and subject to aircraft capacity; items may occasionally travel on a later flight.
Weather & operations. Transfers are weather‑dependent and may be delayed or re‑routed at the operator’s discretion; resort ‘airport hosts’ assist daily during 06:30–17:00 at Velana (MLE).
Drone policy. For guest privacy and safety, personal drones are not permitted on the island unless explicit authorisation is granted by the resort.
