Transfers are resort‑arranged by seaplane (about 40 minutes) from Malé. Share flight details ≥ 72 hours before arrival to coordinate scheduling; private seaplane can be arranged on request.
At check‑in, a photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested; selected rates may require pre‑payment.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellation & prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and travel dates. Flexible rates typically allow cancellation up to the stated deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
Children and extra beds
Children: all ages welcome; guests 13+ are charged as adults at this property.
Crib (0–2 years): approximately US$6 per child per night, on request.
Extra bed (3–12 years): approximately US$1,142 per child per night, on request.

Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort via a seaplane transfer (about 40 minutes) from Malé (MLE). After clearing customs, the resort’s team will meet you at the airport, assist with check‑in and escort you to a lounge before your flight.
Please provide your arrival and departure flight details to the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival so your transfers can be scheduled. Private seaplane charters can be arranged on request.
On check‑in, a photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested for verification.

Fees
Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night applies at resorts from 1 January 2025, and children under 2 years of age at check‑in are exempt.
Mandatory Gala Dinner supplements apply: USD 610 per adult on 24 December and USD 910 per adult on 31 December, and the same amounts apply per child aged 2–11 for those dates.
Shared seaplane transfer is USD 510 per person, roundtrip, with amounts collected by the property and subject to change.
From 1 July 2025, TGST is 17%, and applicable taxes and service charges may be added to incidentals at the resort.
Optional extras
Private seaplane charter can be arranged to and from Kudadoo for an additional fee.
Chartering Bella, the resort’s luxury yacht, for bespoke cruises, celebrations, or transfers is available at extra cost.
PADI certification courses and select specialty dives can be organised for a fee beyond the AAA inclusions.
You need to know
Arrival is by seaplane from Malé with a flight time of about 40 minutes, and transfers should be coordinated with the resort at least 72 hours before arrival as advised by booking partners.
Standard seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person, excess is charged at USD 5 per kg, and any single bag must not exceed 32 kg.
Standard check‑in is 14:00 and check‑out is 12:00.
The resort generally welcome guests aged 15 and over unless on exclusive buy‑out.
No pets are allowed, only registered guests may enter guestrooms, spa treatments require reservations, and pool access is typically available from 06:00 to 20:00.

Kudadoo operates the AAA ‘Anything, Anytime, Anywhere’ fully inclusive concept with unlimited spa treatments, many water sports and excursions, and bespoke dining included in your stay.
Seaplane services operate during daylight hours, and luggage may occasionally be delivered on a later flight due to aircraft weight and balance requirements.
