Transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (~40 minutes) or domestic flight (~35 minutes) + speedboat (~15 minutes). Typical round‑trip rates (subject to change): Seaplane: Adult USD 675 / Child USD 375; Domestic flight (Comfort): Adult USD 414 / Child USD 300; infants under 2 years complimentary.
Please share flight details ≥ 7 days prior to arrival to secure seats; transfers are operated by third‑party airlines and must be paid for in advance as instructed by the resort.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline stated on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.
For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds

Extra bed (12+ years): approximately USD 200 per person, per night, on request and subject to availability.

Special check-in instructions
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via a seaplane (~40 minutes) direct to Kandima or a domestic flight (~35 minutes) + speedboat (~15 minutes) via Dhaalu Airport. Transfers are operated by third‑party airlines and are subject to schedules and weather.
Please share your flight details at least 7 days before arrival so seats can be secured and timing coordinated. For seaplane journeys, international arrivals should be at least an hour before the cut‑off (typically ~15:00), and it is recommended to book departures from Malé no earlier than 09:00.
Payment before arrival for transfers may be required by bank transfer or card. On check‑in, you may be asked to present a photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking.

Deposit: USD 200 per night is collected at check‑in for incidentals.
Mandatory gala dinners: Christmas Eve (24 December) USD 290 per adult and USD 145 per child 6–11, and New Year’s Eve (31 December) USD 476 per adult and USD 238 per child 6–11.
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per night at resorts, with children under two years old at check‑in exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST: TGST is 17% for supplies with a time of supply on or after 1 July 2025.

Airport transfers (chargeable): Seaplane round‑trip approximately 40 minutes — USD 675 per adult and USD 375 per child 2–11.99; infants under 2 are complimentary. Domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport plus 15‑minute speedboat — Comfort Class USD 414 per adult and USD 300 per child; Sapphire Class USD 610 per adult and USD 480 per child; infants under 2 are complimentary. Rates are per person, subject to change, and collected by the resort.
esKape Spa: Massages and wellness treatments available for an additional charge.
Aquaholics: PADI diving, snorkelling and motorised and non‑motorised water sports are available for a fee.
Private dining & Castaway experiences: Beach BBQs, sandbank and destination dining experiences are available at extra cost.
Photo studio: SNAP photo packages are available; selected offers include a 20‑minute complimentary photoshoot for stays of four nights or more.
You need to know
Transfers: All guests must arrange resort transfers before travel and share flight details in advance; transfer fees are collected by the property.
Operating hours: Seaplanes operate only during daylight hours; domestic flights operate day and night.
Cut‑off: Seaplane arrivals are typically limited to flights landing in Malé before 15:00.
Baggage: Standard allowance is 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person on domestic/seaplane legs; excess fees apply.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Check‑in from 12:00 and check‑out by 12:00, subject to availability and your rate plan.
