A mandatory resort transfer applies. Guide round‑trip charges (subject to change): Seaplane — USD 600 per adult / USD 300 per child (2–11). Domestic flight + speedboat — USD 500 per adult / USD 250 per child (2–11). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; arrivals after 15:30 are typically routed via the domestic option. Provide your flight details at least 3 days in advance to arrange transfers.
Rates are subject to taxes/service charges, including the Green Tax (USD 12 per person per night) (children under 2 are exempt under current regulations). When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional fees may apply.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card; the property may pre‑authorize prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment vary by rate plan and travel dates. Flexible rates may allow cancellation within the stated window; promotional or advance purchase offers may be non‑refundable. Always refer to your booking confirmation for exact deadlines and fees.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; there is no age restriction for check‑in.
Cribs for ages 0–2 are free on request (subject to availability). Extra beds: 0–12 years free on request; 13+ years approximately USD 109 per person, per night. Availability depends on villa type and occupancy limits.

Special check-in instructions
Access is by seaplane (about 35–40 minutes) during daylight hours, or by domestic flight to Dharavandhoo (about 25 minutes) followed by a 30‑minute speedboat. If your international flight lands after 15:30, you will typically be routed via the domestic option. Please share all guest names and flight details at least 3 days before arrival so the resort can schedule transfers; a representative will meet you on arrival and assist with the onward journey.
At check‑in, present a photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking. Advise your expected arrival time in advance.

Christmas Eve (December 24) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 322; per child (2–11 years): USD 161.
New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 515; per child (2–11 years): USD 257.5.
A tax is imposed by the city (Green Tax): USD 12.00 per person, per night; this tax does not apply to children under 2 years of age.
Floatplane transfer per adult: USD 600 (roundtrip); per child (2–11 years): USD 300 (roundtrip).
Optional extras
Airport transfers by seaplane or by domestic flight + speedboat are available for an extra charge.
Domestic flight + speedboat (roundtrip) per adult: USD 500; per child (2–11 years): USD 250; the speedboat leg is included in the domestic ticket price.
Late check‑out is available for a fee, subject to availability.

You need to know
Guests must transfer via seaplane or domestic flight + speedboat to the property and should contact the resort at least 3 days in advance with flight details to arrange transfers.
Seaplane service operates during daylight hours only; if your international flight lands after around 3:30 PM, the resort advises a domestic flight to Dharavandhoo followed by a speedboat to the island.
Typical travel times are approximately 35–40 minutes per way by seaplane, 35 minutes by domestic flight, and a further 30 minutes by speedboat from Dharavandhoo.
Government‑issued photo identification and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check‑in and may incur additional charges; requests cannot be guaranteed.
Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit.
