Transfers: Shared domestic flight to Dharavandhoo (~20 minutes) + speedboat (~20 minutes) arranged by the resort (mandatory round‑trip transfer, payable at the property). Sample 2025–2026 return domestic transfer: Adult USD 400; Child 2–11 USD 200. Private seaplane is available on request (daytime only); pricing is subject to change.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night at resorts (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 July 2025.
Prepayment may be requested via secure payment link or bank transfer before arrival. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by room type, rate plan and travel dates. Refer to the booking conditions shown during reservation and on your confirmation. Some promotional/non‑refundable rates may incur a 100% charge if cancelled or in case of no‑show.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests 12 years+ are charged as adults.
Crib (0–1 year) on request: Free; subject to availability.
Extra bed (ages 2–11 years) on request: USD 85 per child, per night; availability and capacity depend on villa type and are subject to confirmation.
Card accepted
Accepts major credit/debit cards and cash. The resort may pre‑authorise your card before arrival; the same card used to guarantee the booking may be requested at check‑in together with photo ID.American Express, Diners Club International, Master Card, Union Pay, Visa
Special check-in instructions
Please share your arrival flight details at least 96 hours before arrival so transfers can be arranged. Guests must present a government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.
Access is typically by domestic flight (~20 minutes) to Dharavandhoo followed by a ~20‑minute speedboat. Standard same‑day connection requires arriving in Malé before 17:00. The resort cannot organize departure domestic transfers for international flights leaving before 09:00. Private seaplane may be arranged (daylight hours) subject to availability.
Drones require prior permission for privacy and safety reasons.

Fees
Taxes & charges: A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under the time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Airport transfers: Access is by domestic flight to Dharavandhoo (DRV) of about 20 minutes followed by a speedboat of around 10–20 minutes; transfers are chargeable unless included in your offer and are payable to the resort.
Festive supplements: Mandatory gala dinners typically apply on 24 December and 31 December for stays falling on those dates; inclusions and prices are set by the resort each season.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness: Treatments at the on‑site Araamu Spa are available for an additional charge and are billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Diving & water sports: The island’s PADI 5‑Star dive centre diveOceanus offers scuba courses, guided dives, Hanifaru Bay snorkelling, and motorised watersports à la carte.
Private dining & curated experiences can be arranged on request and may carry supplements depending on venue and inclusions.
You need to know
Check‑in/out: Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Transfer coordination: Please provide your international flight details in advance so the team can schedule your domestic flight and speedboat connection; seaplanes operate in daylight hours only when used.
Baggage: Typical allowances on seaplanes and domestic flights are 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person, with excess charged per kilogram and a 32 kg limit per single bag.
Pets: No pets are permitted at the resort.
