Return transfers are arranged by the resort: ~70‑minute domestic flight between MLE↔GAN plus a ~10–15 minute speedboat to the island; or speedboat only if arriving/departing via GAN. Transfer timings and prices are subject to airline schedules and change without notice.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 Jul 2025. Published prices from partners typically include prevailing taxes/service charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by villa type, dates and offer. Please refer to the rate conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Selected promotional or advance‑purchase rates may be non‑refundable or carry stricter terms.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. Bedding and occupancy depend on villa type and booked rate.
Cribs/infant beds are not available. Extra beds may be limited and are subject to the property’s confirmation; fees or inclusions can vary by offer—please check your booking details.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so transfers can be arranged. Resort access is via a domestic flight from Velana (MLE) to Gan International Airport (GAN), followed by a ~10–15 minute speedboat to the island. Guests arriving directly into GAN use the shared speedboat transfer.
Domestic flights operate on published schedules and may involve waiting times between your international flight and the next available connection. An airport representative will assist on arrival. Please present a photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee your booking at check‑in. Minimum check‑in age is 18.

Fees
Taxes & service charges: Stays are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for supplies on or after 1 July 2025, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under two years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Optional extras
Airport transfers: Travel is via domestic flight from Malé to Addu City (GAN) followed by a speedboat to the resort; current partner channels list round‑trip domestic flight plus boat transfers from approximately USD 295–394 per person, with timings typically ~70 minutes by air plus 10–15 minutes by boat, and final pricing confirmed by the resort for your dates.
Spa & wellness: Kurumba Spa offers massages, body scrubs/wraps, facials, manicure/pedicure and foot baths, with appointments required and treatments starting no later than 8:00 pm.
Experiences: PADI dive centre, guided snorkelling, fishing trips, water sports and private dining experiences are available on request and charged as used.

Check‑in / Check‑out: Check‑in is from 3:00 pm and check‑out is by 11:00 am; minimum check‑in age applies.
Transfers & notice: Guests must transfer by aeroplane and boat to reach the island; provide flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so the resort can arrange the domestic flight and speedboat.
Operating notes: Transfer schedules are subject to change due to airline timetables and weather conditions; domestic airline baggage allowances apply and excess fees may be charged by the carrier.

Safety & access: The property does not have lifts, some outdoor spaces such as balconies and terraces may be unsuitable for young children without close supervision, and only registered guests are permitted in guestrooms.
Reservations: Spa services require advance reservations, and connecting or adjoining rooms are limited and based on availability.
Animals: Pets and service animals are not permitted at this resort.
