Seaplane transfers are arranged directly by the resort and operate during daylight hours; plan international arrival by 15:00 for same‑day connection and departures after 09:30. Round‑trip transfer (inclusive of taxes/service) is USD 1,199 per adult and USD 700 per child (2–11); for travel from Oct 1, 2025: USD 1,209 / USD 706. Infants under 2 travel free on lap. A domestic flight + speedboat may be offered on request only.
Taxes & fees follow Maldives law. Tourism GST (TGST) is 16% until June 30, 2025 and 17% where the time of supply occurs on/after July 1, 2025. Green Tax is USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 years at check‑in are exempt.
Festive period may include compulsory gala dinners on Dec 24 and Dec 31 (additional charges apply).
Minimum check‑in age is 18. Group bookings of 5+ rooms may have different terms.
Cancellation

A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for supplies with a time of supply on or after 1 July 2025.
A mandatory Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts, with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via a direct seaplane service (about 65 minutes) and are chargeable unless included; current round‑trip rates are USD 1,199 per adult and USD 700 per child inclusive of taxes (rising to USD 1,209 / USD 706 for travel from 1 October 2025), with infants under 2 traveling free on a parent’s lap.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness: Treatments and personalized programs at the Six Senses Spa are available for an additional charge and billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Surfing with Tropicsurf, diving, and water sports are offered on an à la carte basis, alongside private dining and castaway experiences that can be arranged for a supplement.

Seaplane operating hours are limited to daylight; plan to arrive in Malé by 15:00 for same‑day connection and to depart no earlier than 09:30. Standard baggage allowance on the resort seaplane is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person, with excess charged by the operator.
Country restrictions include prohibitions on bringing alcohol, pork products, and vaping devices into the Maldives, and dogs are not permitted to enter the country.
