Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Minimum check-in age is 18. Government-issued photo ID may be required at arrival, and a credit card is required for incidental charges.
Mandatory charges. Partner policy pages list a city tax of USD 12.00 per person, per night (not applicable to children under 2 years old) and an airplane and boat transfer fee for adults. The exact payment terms, cancellation rules, taxes/fees and transfer charges are those shown on the booking confirmation and are binding.

Children and extra beds
Adults-only policy. ROBINSON MALDIVES is an adults-only property. Children younger than 18 are not allowed; all guests must be 18 or older.
Extra beds & cots. Partner policy pages state that rollaway/extra beds are not available and cribs/infant beds are not available.

Special check-in instructions
Arrival & transfers. ROBINSON MALDIVES is reached by airplane and boat. Partner policy pages state that guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel using the details on the booking confirmation. Hotels.com also notes that the transfer to and from the airport is not included and that guests should contact the hotel for rates and appointments at least seven days in advance.
Check-in support. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Guests arriving outside normal check-in hours should contact the property in advance; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Fees
Green Tax: ROBINSON Maldives states that a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per day must be paid on site. This charge is payable in addition to the holiday price shown by the resort or tour operator.
Transfer inclusion: Current ROBINSON Maldives information states that the transfer from and to Malé is included in the tour price and is operated by domestic flight to Kaadedhdhoo followed by a speedboat transfer to the island. Domestic flight time is approximately 55 minutes and the onward speedboat transfer takes approximately 30 minutes.
Additional taxes & charges: Depending on your booking channel, airfare package and country of sale, other government taxes, service charges or booking fees may already be included in the package total or shown separately. Always rely on the final invoice and booking confirmation for the exact breakdown that applies to your reservation.
Optional extras
Late check-out: ROBINSON Maldives states that late check-out can be booked subject to availability and in consultation with reception. The charge is 50% of the current Club daily rate (gross) shown on site for the booked category.
Optional extras: Additional charges may apply for premium spa treatments, diving, selected excursions, premium-brand beverages, special dining, laundry, retail purchases and any other services not included in your holiday package or all-inclusive arrangement.
On-site payments: The resort lists a wide range of accepted payment methods including major credit cards and digital wallets. Any optional extras consumed during the stay are normally settled directly with the club at check-out.
You need to know
Check-in / check-out: ROBINSON Maldives states that rooms are available for check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Arrival days & coordination: The resort states that arrivals are possible daily, with Thursday and Sunday described as main arrival days for the weekly programme. You should share your full flight details in advance so the included domestic flight and speedboat connection can be arranged smoothly.
Location: ROBINSON Maldives is located on Funamadua in Gaafu Alif Atoll. Because access depends on a domestic flight plus boat connection, travel time can be longer than for resorts close to Malé and schedules may be affected by local operational conditions.
