Transfers: ~45‑minute seaplane direct to the resort (daylight hours) or ~20‑minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo plus a ~40‑minute speedboat. Provide flight details in advance; waiting times can vary with weather and shared‑flight logistics.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 July 2025.
Conduct & safety: Drones are not permitted on the island for privacy and safety unless expressly authorised. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Crib (0–2 years) on request: Free.
Extra bed (ages 12+ years) on request: USD 55 per person, per night. Numbers of cots/extra beds depend on villa type and are subject to availability; charges are paid at the property.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your arrival flight details in advance so transfers can be arranged. Guests are required to present a government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.
Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours. International arrivals should land in Malé by 15:00 and be at the seaplane counter by 16:00 for same‑day transfer; departures should be scheduled after 09:00. Requests should be confirmed at least 4 days prior to arrival.
An alternative route is a ~20‑minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo followed by a ~40‑minute speedboat to the island.
Important information
Fees
Taxes. Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% on goods and services supplied on or after 1 July 2025, applied based on the time of supply.
Green Tax. USD 12 per person per night applies at tourist resorts, with children under 2 years at check‑in exempt from 1 January 2025.
Airport transfers. Seaplane or domestic flight plus speedboat transfers are required for access to the island and are chargeable by the resort, with final rates quoted by the reservations team and collected at the property.
Optional extras
Festive supplements. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve gala dinners may carry an additional supplement as part of the resort’s festive programme.
Activities & services. Motorised watersports, diving and courses, private dining, spa treatments, excursions and babysitting are not included in standard room rates and are charged as taken.
You need to know
Seaplane schedule. Arrival transfers are arranged only for international flights landing no later than 15:00, and departures connect to flights leaving after 09:00.
Advance notice. Seaplane seats should be confirmed at least 4 days before arrival.
Flight times. Seaplane takes ~45 minutes direct to the resort, or take a ~20‑minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo followed by a ~40‑minute speedboat ride.
Baggage. Typical seaplane allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person, excess is charged at USD 5 per kg (plus taxes) and any single bag must not exceed 32 kg.
Check‑in/out. Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is at 12:00 (noon).
We should mention
Weather & operations. Transfers may be delayed, rerouted or switched between seaplane and domestic services due to weather or operational requirements, and waiting times at the terminal may vary.
Pets. Pets and service animals are not permitted at the resort.
Green Tax rule. The 12‑hour rule applies on the check‑out day when determining whether the last 24‑hour block is taxable.
