Vagaru Island

Vagaru is an island in Miladhunmadulu Uthuruburi, within the administrative Shaviyani Atoll, Maldives. It has an area of about 9.80 hectares and is located at approximately 6°05′22″N, 73°12′14″E. The island has a northern Maldives setting with sandy shoreline, lagoon waters, and surrounding reef environment. It is approximately 214 km from Velana International Airport by straight-line distance.
