Maamutaa Island

Maamutaa is an island in Huvadhu Atholhu Uthuruburi, within the administrative Gaafu Alifu Atoll, Maldives. It has an area of about 20.80 hectares and is located at approximately 0°50′46″N, 73°24′29″E. The island has a southern Maldives setting with sandy shoreline, lagoon waters, and surrounding reef environment. It is approximately 372 km from Velana International Airport by straight-line distance.
