Maamendhoo Island

Maamendhoo is an island in Huvadhu Atholhu Uthuruburi, within the administrative Gaafu Alifu Atoll, Maldives. It has an area of about 51.70 hectares and is located at approximately 0°42′50″N, 73°26′21″E. The island has a southern Maldives setting with shoreline, lagoon waters, and surrounding reef environment near the northern side of Huvadhu Atoll. It is approximately 387 km from Velana International Airport by straight-line distance.
