Transfers are arranged by the resort on a shared basis. Typical routes include a ~45‑minute domestic flight from Malé to Dhaalu followed by a ~20‑minute speedboat, or a ~60‑minute seaplane (daytime only). Indicative return fares published for stays in 2025–2026 include USD 395 per adult and USD 352 per child (2–11.99) for domestic flights, and USD 776–792 per adult and USD 428–436 per child for seaplanes; infants under 2 travel free on lap (luggage allowance excluded). Actual pricing is subject to change.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night at resorts (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 July 2025.
Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by room type/rate and dates. Refer to the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation for exact deadlines and fees. Promotional/non‑refundable rates may carry a 100% charge if cancelled or for no‑show.

Please provide your arrival flight details in advance so transfers can be arranged. Present a government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.
Transfers operate on a shared basis by domestic flight + speedboat or by seaplane (additional charge). For seaplanes, flights operate during daylight hours; international arrivals should land in Malé by 15:00 and be at the seaplane check‑in counter by 16:00 for same‑day travel.
To guarantee seats on shared transfers, please submit flight details at least 10 days before arrival. Schedules are weather‑dependent and may change.

Fees
Taxes & charges: A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under the time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Airport transfers: Access is by seaplane (approximately 45–60 minutes) or by domestic flight to Kudahuvadhoo (approximately 45 minutes) followed by a 15‑minute speedboat; transfers are chargeable unless included in your offer and are payable to the resort.
Festive supplements: Mandatory gala dinners may apply on 24 December and 31 December for stays falling on those dates; inclusions and prices are set by the resort each season.
Optional extras
Renova Spa: Massages, body treatments, facials, beauty and salon services are available for an additional charge and are billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Diving & water sports: Scuba courses and guided dives, motorised water sports, snorkelling excursions and private boat trips are offered à la carte through the resort and partners.
Private dining & experiences: Special dining set‑ups and curated activities can be arranged on request and may carry supplements.

Check‑in/out: Check‑in is from 15:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Transfer coordination: Please provide your international flight details in advance so the team can schedule your seaplane or domestic flight plus speedboat connection; seaplane services usually operate in daylight hours.
Baggage: Typical allowances on seaplanes and domestic flights are 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person, with excess charged per kilogram and a 32 kg limit per single bag.
Pets: No pets are permitted at the resort.
