Check-in / Check-out. Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00 (noon). Late check-out may be available for a fee (subject to availability).
Transfers. Guests must transfer via airplane and boat and should contact the property at least 72 hours before travel to arrange transfers. Partner fee schedules list floatplane transfers with per-person charges (adult/child) and note that prices and operating times may change; the binding price is the one issued on your confirmation or invoice.
Taxes and compulsory supplements. Maldives Green Tax and government taxes/service charges may apply. Some dates (e.g., Christmas/New Year) may require compulsory gala dinner supplements as specified by the property/booking partner.
Guarantee and incidentals. Government-issued photo ID/passport is required at check-in. A credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required to cover incidentals. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment. Cancellation, prepayment and no-show conditions vary by room type, travel dates and the rate or booking channel selected. Always follow the exact terms shown at the time of booking and on your confirmation/voucher, as those conditions are binding.
Children and extra beds
Children and extra beds. Children are welcome. Partner policies indicate that rollaway/extra beds and cribs/infant beds may be available on request (subject to availability). Fees
Taxes: A Maldives Green Tax is charged per person, per night (infants under 2 are exempt). From 1 Jan 2025, the Green Tax for resorts is US$12 per person per night.
Tourism GST (TGST): Accommodation and many tourism services are subject to Tourism GST; the TGST rate increased from 16% to 17% effective 1 July 2025.
Transfers: Transfers are arranged and charged separately. Access options include a ~30-minute seaplane, or a domestic flight (~25 min) + speedboat (~30 min) via Maamigili, or a direct speedboat (~1 hour 45 min) from Velana International Airport.
Optional extras
Excursions & activities: Dolphin watching, whale shark and manta excursions, sunset cruises, sunrise fishing, and other trips may be available at an additional charge.
Diving & watersports: Diving courses/excursions and watersports may be offered at extra cost (availability and pricing depend on season and conditions).
Extra beds: Rollaway beds can be arranged for a supplementary fee; cribs are complimentary.
