Transfers are arranged by the resort via shared seaplane (about 30 minutes each way) operating during daylight hours. To guarantee seats, provide flight details at least 72 hours before arrival. A private seaplane option is available on request for an additional fee. Transfer times may vary due to weather and operational considerations.
Taxes & fees (Maldives): Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night applies (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% for transactions where the time of supply is on or after 1 Jul 2025. Prices quoted by partners typically include prevailing taxes and service charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by villa type, dates and offer. Please review the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Some packages are non‑refundable; no‑show and early departure charges may apply.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. Cribs/cots are available on request (complimentary, subject to availability). Rollaway/extra beds are available and may be provided complimentary depending on the offer; availability varies by house/residence and all extras are subject to availability. Include the number and ages of children in your booking to see the correct prices and occupancy.
Card accepted

Special check-in instructions
Guests must transfer by seaplane; please contact the resort with your flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so seats can be arranged. The direct seaplane from Malé to the island is approximately 30 minutes and operates during daylight hours. A private seaplane option is available on request (additional fees apply). Resort staff will greet guests on arrival. At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the reservation for verification.

Mandatory charges are payable directly at the resort and may be subject to applicable taxes.
For stays including 24 December (Christmas Eve), a gala dinner supplement of USD 10 per adult and USD 375 per child aged 6–11 years is charged.
For stays including 31 December (New Year’s Eve), a gala dinner supplement of USD 10 per adult and USD 575 per child aged 6–11 years is charged.
A mandatory green tax of USD 12.00 per person, per night applies; this tax does not apply to children under 2 years of age.
Guests aged 13–17 years pay an additional mandatory shared seaplane transfer fee of USD 1750 per person, per stay, collected at the property.
All compulsory charges and taxes are based on information provided by the resort and may change without prior notice.
The standard transfer fee covers shared seaplane transfers, while a private seaplane option is available at approximately USD 7500 per way.
The additional fee for teenagers aged 13–17 years specifically covers their mandatory shared seaplane transfer.
Optional extras
Optional extras such as airport transfers and certain services may incur additional charges payable at the resort.
A shared seaplane airport shuttle is available at an estimated cost of around USD 1750 per adult for a roundtrip transfer.
Children aged approximately 2–12 years are typically charged around USD 1150 per child for a roundtrip shared seaplane transfer.
Optional fees and deposits are subject to change at any time and may not include all applicable taxes or service charges.

Elevators are not available at this resort, and access to some villas may involve stairs or uneven pathways.

Pets and service animals are not allowed anywhere on the property.
