Transfers are arranged through the resort by shared speedboat (approx. 15–20 minutes each way). Provide flight details at least 24–72 hours before arrival to secure seats. Schedules are weather‑dependent and waiting times can occur between international flights and the next available transfer. Festive periods may include mandatory gala dinners with a supplement.
Taxes & fees in the Maldives include Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025), and Tourism GST (TGST) at 17% where the time of supply is on or after 1 Jul 2025. Partners typically quote prices inclusive of prevailing taxes/service charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by villa type, dates and booked rate. Please review the conditions displayed during booking and on your confirmation. Some promotional/advance purchase offers may be non‑refundable; no‑show or early departure fees may apply.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy, include the number and ages of children in your search.
Cribs/cots on request: Free (subject to availability). Rollaway/extra beds on request: USD 255 per night; availability depends on villa type and charges are payable at the property.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details in advance so the resort can arrange your mandatory speedboat transfer. The journey from Malé (MLE) is about 15–20 minutes, and front desk staff will greet you on arrival. Contact the property at least 24–72 hours before travel using the details on your booking confirmation. Guests arriving after midnight may need to overnight in Malé/Hulhumalé for the next available service.
At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the reservation for verification.

Fees
Taxes and service charges. A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for transactions where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night.
Green Tax exemption. Children under two years are exempt from Green Tax from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. Standard resort transfers are by speedboat from Velana International Airport and are typically 15–20 minutes; charges apply unless included in your package.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness. Treatments at the J Wellness Circle are available for an additional charge and are billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Activities & dining. PADI‑certified diving, snorkelling, motorised water sports, curated excursions and private dining experiences are offered on an à la carte basis and charged as used.
You need to know
Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in is from 15:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Transfers. The resort can arrange shared or private speedboat transfers from the airport; please provide flight details at least 2 days prior to arrival to secure seats.
Speedboat availability. Transfers operate 24 hours a day and the journey typically takes about 15 minutes, subject to marine conditions.
Identification & payment. Guests must present a government‑issued photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in.

No pets. Pets are not allowed.
Drones. For privacy and safety, operation of unmanned aerial systems by guests is prohibited on the resort.
Shared transfers. Waiting time may occur when consolidating guests for shared speedboat departures and all transfers remain subject to weather and operator availability.
