Transfers: Shared speedboat from Malé (approx. 45 minutes). Provide flight details at least 2 days before arrival to secure seats. Schedules are weather‑dependent and waiting times may occur between international flights and the next available transfer. Drone use is generally prohibited for guest privacy and safety.
Taxes & fees (Maldives): Green Tax USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 Jan 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 Jul 2025. Partners typically quote prices inclusive of prevailing taxes/service charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by rate plan, room type and dates. Please refer to the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. Some promotional or advance‑purchase rates may be non‑refundable and/or require full prepayment; no‑show and early‑departure charges may apply.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests 12 years and above are charged as adults.
Extra bed on request: USD 200 per person, per night. The number of extra beds permitted varies by villa type and all extra beds are subject to availability. Charges are payable during the stay.
Some entry‑level villas cannot accommodate an extra bed due to layout/size; please check your selected option.

Special check-in instructions
Please share your flight details with the resort at least 2 days before arrival to arrange your transfer. Resort access is by speedboat from Velana International Airport; the journey typically takes about 45 minutes depending on schedules and sea conditions. Staff will greet guests on arrival. At check‑in, present a government‑issued photo ID and the same payment card used to guarantee the booking for verification.

Fees
Taxes and service charges. A 10% service charge applies together with Tourism GST (TGST) of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% for transactions where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night.
Green Tax exemption. Children under two years are exempt from the Green Tax from 1 January 2025.
Transfers. Airport transfers are by shared speedboat and are chargeable; the journey typically takes around 45 minutes and timing depends on flight schedules and weather.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness. Treatments at the J Wellness Circle (Jiva) spa, yoga and wellness experiences are offered at additional cost and billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Activities & dining. PADI-certified diving, snorkelling excursions, motorised water sports, curated excursions and private dining can be arranged on request for an extra charge.
You need to know
Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00.
Transfers. Please provide international flight details in advance so the resort can schedule the speedboat transfer; the trip takes about 45 minutes and actual time may vary with arrival and departure timings.
Identification & payment. Guests are required to present a government‑issued photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in; the cardholder may be contacted for verification.
Drones. For privacy and safety, operation of unmanned aerial systems by guests is prohibited.

Private island access. The resort is located on Hembadhu Island and resort‑arranged transfers are mandatory; waiting time may occur when consolidating guests for shared boats.
