Transfers: Shared seaplane (about 55 minutes) or domestic flight to Funadhoo/Kulhudhuffushi plus ~40 minutes by speedboat. Indicative return fares: seaplane US$680 per adult (12+) and US$400 per child (2–11.99); infants (0–1.99) free. Domestic flight + speedboat: adults US$1600, children US$960. Provide flight details in advance to secure seats; timings and prices are subject to change.
Taxes & fees: Green Tax US$12 per person, per night at resorts (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025). Tourism GST (TGST) is 17% where the time of supply occurs on or after 1 July 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type, rate plan and travel dates. Please refer to the conditions shown during booking and on your confirmation. No‑show or early departure charges may apply per the selected policy.
Children and extra beds
Children: All ages are welcome.
Cot (0–6 years) on request: Free; subject to availability.
Extra bed (11 years) on request: Free. Guests 12+ years: US$200 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Availability/capacity depend on villa type; charges are payable at the property.

Special check-in instructions
Please provide your international flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so transfers can be arranged. Guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check‑in, and inform the resort of their expected arrival time in advance. Payment before arrival via bank transfer may be required; the resort will contact you with instructions after booking.
Resort access is by shared seaplane or by a combination of domestic flight and speedboat. Typical durations are about 55 minutes by seaplane, or a 45–55 minute domestic flight to Funadhoo/Kulhudhuffushi followed by a ~40‑minute speedboat transfer. Transfer schedules and fees are set by the operators and are subject to change.

Fees
Room charges and services are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST—16% through 30 June 2025 and 17% for any supply on or after 1 July 2025 under the MIRA “time of supply” rules.
A Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies at resorts, and children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Resort‑arranged transfers are required and chargeable unless included in your rate. Standard routing is a seaplane from Malé (approximately 55 minutes) operating in daylight hours, and a domestic flight plus speedboat option may be offered via regional airports subject to schedules. Seaplane baggage allowances are typically 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand, with excess charged per kilogram by the operator.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness treatments at Arufen Spa, yoga and wellness classes are chargeable unless expressly included in your plan.
Diving and water sports with the on‑site Sub Oceanic center—including courses, guided boat dives, and motorised activities such as jetsurfing, e‑foiling and parasailing—incur additional fees.
Private dining and destination experiences, babysitting beyond complimentary kids’ club hours, and festive season events such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations are not included unless specified.
You need to know
Seaplanes operate only in daylight hours, and schedules can be affected by weather, so late‑night international arrivals may require an overnight in Malé or a domestic connection where available.
Check‑in is from 14:00 and check‑out is by 12:00, a government‑issued photo ID and a payment card may be required at check‑in, and deposits or pre‑authorisations for incidentals may apply.
Pets are not permitted at the resort.
For seaplane operations, baggage may be routed on a later flight due to load balancing, and excess luggage is chargeable by the airline.

The resort features the Coralarium, an underwater art installation and coral habitat accessible with the marine team, and a Sustainability Lab that upcycles recovered plastics into souvenirs and furniture.
Guests can enjoy a 9‑kilometre house reef with resident turtles and manta sightings, a comprehensive Sub Oceanic dive and watersports program, and a striking 200‑metre island‑spanning pool.
