Resort access is by a 45‑minute seaplane flight from Malé. Alternatively, some itineraries may use a domestic flight to Ifuru (IFU) followed by a 15‑minute speedboat, subject to schedules.
Seaplane services run during daylight hours (typically until 15:30); arrivals outside these times may require an overnight stop in Malé/Hulhumalé. Typical seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg + 5 kg hand luggage per person.
RAAYA Plan™ inclusions apply during your stay and cease at 11:00 on the day of departure. Complimentary return seaplane transfers are offered for stays of 4+ nights (conditions apply).
Taxes & fees: Maldives Green Tax is typically USD 12 per person per night at resorts; children under 2 are exempt from 1 Jan 2025. TGST is 17% where the time of supply occurs on/after 1 Jul 2025.
Drone use is prohibited for privacy and safety unless expressly authorised by the resort.
Cancellation

In some cases, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required; the property will contact you after booking with instructions.
Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 12+ are charged as adults at this property.

Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night at resorts; children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST (TGST): 17% applies where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025; bookings invoiced or paid earlier follow the prior rate under MIRA rules.
Airport transfers: Access to the island is by a 45-minute seaplane from Velana International Airport; transfer charges apply unless clearly included in your offer or rate.
Optional extras
ELENA Ayur – Spa & Wellness: One 45-minute treatment per adult for stays of 4–7 nights; two for 8–11 nights; three for 12–15 nights; and four for 16–19 nights, from a special menu. Additional treatments are chargeable.
UNO Salon: Salon services are available for a fee.
Snorkelling & excursions: Complimentary snorkelling gear; one snorkelling excursion shuttle to selected sites; one traditional sunset fishing excursion per guest per stay; and one sunset cruise per guest per stay. Pre‑registration and weather permitting apply.
Sports & activities: Complimentary access to the fitness centre and open‑air yoga pavilion, plus access to the Sports Zone including a padel tennis court, futsal court, mini‑golf course and skate circuit.
You need to know
Check‑in/out: Check‑in is at 2:00 PM and check‑out is at 12:00 noon. Late check‑out is subject to availability and an additional charge. RAAYA Plan privileges end at 11:00 AM on check‑out day.
Transfers: A 45‑minute seaplane is required. Meet‑and‑greet assistance, lounge access with welcome drink, snacks, kids’ playroom and Wi‑Fi are provided at Malé before your flight, with escort to the Noovilu Seaplane Terminal on departure.
Luggage: Standard allowance is 20 kg checked baggage plus 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is charged at approximately USD 5 per kg plus taxes, and there is no additional infant allowance.
Drones & external operators: Drone use is prohibited for safety and privacy. Unauthorised boats and external excursions or ocean activities run by third parties are not permitted.
