Prices on the island are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST). TGST is 17% for supplies where the time of supply is on or after 1 July 2025.
A nightly Green Tax applies: USD 12 per person per night at resorts from 1 January 2025; children under 2 years are exempt.
Transfers are arranged by luxury speedboat (~45 minutes) scheduled with international flight times; shared transfers typically involve a 30–60 minute wait. Seaplane transfers (approximately 10–15 minutes) may be arranged on request. Indicative baggage guideline per person: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage (not strictly enforced). Private or late‑night transfers can be arranged; additional charges may apply.
New Year’s Eve surcharge applies to stays over the festive period. The resort maintains a no‑drone policy within the premises.
Payment: a pre‑payment is required to guarantee reservations; secure card link or bank transfer is provided by the resort.
Cancellation

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 12 and above are charged as adults. A crib can be provided free of charge for ages 0–2, subject to availability. An extra bed is available at USD 240 per night per child (0–2) or per person (3+), subject to availability. Up to two children under 12 can dine for free from the kids' menu at restaurants operated by the resort.
Card accepted
Credit/debit cards and cash accepted on the island; cards include Visa, American Express, MasterCard, UnionPay, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Digital tokens accepted: USDT, USDC, WUSD (Bitcoin/Ethereum not accepted). Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) are not supported. Shared luxury speedboat transfers operate in line with flight arrivals; the journey takes about 45 minutes. Expect a shared‑transfer waiting time of approximately 30–60 minutes. Baggage guideline: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person (not strictly enforced). Transfers can be arranged 24/7; late‑night services may incur an additional charge.
The island observes Fari Islands Time (GMT+6), one hour ahead of Malé.

Taxes & charges: Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism GST of 16% until 30 June 2025, increasing to 17% from 1 July 2025 under time‑of‑supply rules, plus a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night with children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Transfers: Resort‑arranged luxury speedboat is the standard mode between Malé (MLE) and the resort with a journey time of about 45 minutes; an optional seaplane flight of around 10–15 minutes may be available by request, and both options are chargeable unless stated in your offer.
Festive supplements: Mandatory gala dinners apply on 24 December and 31 December for stays falling on those dates; inclusions and prices are set by the resort for each season.
Optional extras
Spa & wellness treatments and private sessions are available at additional charge.
Diving, snorkelling excursions, motorised water sports, yacht charters and curated private dining experiences are offered à la carte and billed with prevailing taxes and service charge.
Dining plans and enhancements beyond standard inclusions may carry supplements depending on venue and menu selection.
You need to know
Transfers: The resort organises 45‑minute speedboat transfers and, on request, 10–15‑minute seaplane flights; please share flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to schedule your transfer.
Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00; a government‑issued ID and the same credit card used for booking may be requested at check‑in.
Seaplane baggage limits typically allow 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand per person with excess charged per kilogram; seaplanes generally operate in daylight hours only.
No pets or service animals are permitted.

Drone use is not permitted within the resort for guest privacy and safety.
This property does not have elevators and features outdoor spaces such as balconies and terraces that may not be suitable for young children without supervision.
Weather and sea conditions can affect transfer timings; final arrangements are coordinated by the resort team.
