Transfers are resort-arranged by seaplane (~45 minutes) or domestic flight to Ifuru + speedboat (~25 minutes) on scheduled services; seaplanes operate during daylight hours. Provide flight details ≥ 5 days prior to arrival.

At check-in, guests may be asked to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking; some rates require prepayment.

Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check-in are exempt from 1 January 2025.

Cancellation

Cancellation / prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and travel dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non-refundable. Always refer to your booking confirmation for the exact conditions.

Children: all ages welcome; no minimum age for check-in.

Arrival is arranged by the resort via seaplane (~45 minutes) from Malé **or** a domestic flight to Ifuru (~30 minutes) + speedboat (~25 minutes). Transfers operate on set schedules; seaplanes run in daylight hours only.

Please share flight details at least 5 days in advance so seats can be secured and timing coordinated. A resort representative will assist with check-in on arrival at the airport.

Fees

Taxes. A Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night applies; children under 2 years are exempt from 1 January 2025.

Tourism GST (TGST). 17% on eligible goods and services applies to stays and purchases on or after 1 July 2025.

Transfers (payable to the resort). Return seaplane: USD 640 per adult; USD 440 per child (2–11). Return domestic flight plus speedboat: USD 540 per adult; USD 380 per child (2–11).

Festive dinners (mandatory). 24 December: USD 140 per adult; USD 70 per child (2–11). 31 December: USD 390 per adult; USD 290 per child (2–11). Children under 2 are complimentary.

Optional extras

Spa. Treatments and signature rituals at K‑Spa are chargeable; the spa operates 10:00–20:00 daily, advance booking is recommended, and a six‑hour cancellation policy applies.

Diving. PADI 5★ Dive Center courses, guided dives, and snorkel trips are available for a fee.

Water sports & experiences. Motorized activities, private dining, weddings, and yoga sessions are offered at additional cost; inclusions vary by package.

You need to know

Getting here. The resort is reached by a scenic seaplane flight of about 45 minutes from Malé, or by a ~30‑minute domestic flight to Ifuru followed by a ~25‑minute speedboat ride.

Operating hours. Seaplanes operate only from sunrise to sunset; for same‑day transfers plan to arrive in Malé by 15:30 local time.

Transfer arrangements. Provide international flight details to the resort at least 72 hours before arrival to secure transfers.

Baggage. Seaplane allowance is 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is charged at USD 5 per kg plus taxes, and single items over 32 kg are not accepted.

We should mention

Check‑in/out. Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out at 12:00 (noon); contactless and express options are available.

Children & extras. Cribs are available at USD 30 per night, rollaway beds at USD 190 per night, and kids’ club and babysitting services are available for a fee.

Policies. No pets or service animals are permitted; some room categories have outdoor spaces that may not be suitable for young children; the resort uses grey‑water recycling; accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
