Payment/ID: a valid credit card in the staying guest’s name and a photo ID are required at check‑in; the resort may contact the cardholder for verification.
Taxes/fees: bills are subject to prevailing taxes, including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Other: for privacy and safety, drones are not permitted during the stay.
Cancellation

Special check-in instructions
Resort‑arranged transfers are required. Speedboat ~60 minutes from Velana International Airport (MLE) or seaplane ~15 minutes (daylight hours only).
Please provide your flight details at least 3 days before arrival so seats can be secured and schedules coordinated.
Seaplane operations typically accept arrivals between 06:00 and 15:00; arrivals after this window may use the speedboat service.
Indicative seaplane charges: USD 410 per person (to Oct 2025), USD 420 per person (from Nov 2025). Transfer costs are payable to the resort and subject to change.
Guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check‑in.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt.
Transfers: Shared seaplane is approximately 15 minutes and costs USD 410 per person round trip; shared speedboat is approximately 60 minutes and costs USD 400 per person round trip; a luxury yacht option is available at USD 2,700 per way for up to 12 guests.
Festive surcharges: Mandatory gala dinners apply on 24 December (USD 250 per adult; USD 125 per child 2–11) and 31 December (USD 370 per adult; USD 185 per child 2–11), payable at the property.
Optional extras
Baani Spa wellness treatments, PADI 5‑Star diving with Euro‑Divers, excursions, water sports, and private dining experiences are available for an additional fee and should be reserved in advance.
You need to know
Daylight seaplanes: Seaplane transfers operate between roughly 06:00–15:00 for arrivals and connect with departures after 09:00; provide flight details in advance to arrange transfers.
Speedboat schedule: The last speedboat to the resort is scheduled no later than 02:00, and the last speedboat from the resort to the airport is scheduled no later than 19:00, subject to weather.
Baggage on seaplane: Allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand per person; excess is charged at USD 5 per kg by the carrier.
Check‑in/out: Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00; government ID and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidentals.
